Twice, three times per year is okay.

My weight is down some. I weighed in at 204.5 this morning. Far from where I want to be, but I am below the dreaded 205 -- even if just barely.

I have started walking a bit. I am suffering with gluteus medius syndrome -- pain on the outside of the hip that starts up after 5-8 minutes of walking. It's sort of a cramping pain that definitely "cramps" my style:) I am going to take it VERY easy -- I don't want to deal with a tendonitis that tak...

Three days and counting

Okay, so I've started before. But this time I'm more serious. I have ERE'd for three days now. You'd think that after all this time, I would have lost at least 20 pounds, but noooooooo. Considering how bad I hurt from exercising, it just doesn't seem fair.:laugh5:

Tomorrow is my first final. I will be so glad when that one is over, because then I will be in the groove and ready to study for the last three.

Life is actually pretty good....

I woke up last night about 2 a.m. from a nasty migraine. I wonder if night migraines are common (will have to google that). :huh: It took a combination of drugs and sleep and more drugs and coffee to get it stopped. How annoying.
