Even though I didn't sleep particularly well last night, I feel really good this morning. This will be a test--can I feel good all day even though I didn't sleep the best last night?
My weight is up a little bit this morning to 158.5--that's 2 pounds up from a couple of days ago. I suspect this is just water gain, because I haven't been eating bad. I did kinda binge on Saturday, but nothing too bad. But starting today I am really going to get it together--only 5 weeks left and I want to drop a whol e 10-12 pounds!!
I saw Dr. Stan last Friday and he suggested a goal weight of 140 because I have so much muscle mass. I think 130 might be better, but we'll make that decision in a month or two. In any case, I'd really like to get rid of that "belly pouch" that is just hanging there and bugging me. I would also like to strip some of that fat on my legs--YUCK!!
I am going to go have some breakfast and then get ready for work. More later.
