Weight this morning was 154.5. What's up with this? I must be retaining a bunch of water--I'll focus on drinking lots of H2O today. Because the fact is that with my calorie intake and exercise I MUST be losing--I am in calorie deficit. But, boy, is this frustrating!

It's a little after 9 and I'm about ready for bed. I have lots of stuff to do tomorrow and I can't fool around too much longer. Tomorrow (1) I need to go into the office and pack up for Spokane, (2) clean the kitchen and my bathroom, (3) balance the checkbook and pay bills, (4) go to the gym--legs and cardio, (5) buy a dress for tomorrow night, (6) get my nails done, (7) meet Mike at 2 p.m., and (8) get ready for the "senior prom."

Tomorrow is going to be challenging as far as diet goes. Tomorrow dinner is not going to be much I can eat, so I have to pre-eat so I'm not starved. I'm going to have a couple of cups of coffee with a bunch of cream before dinner so I'm not real hungry. I'm also going to wear the tightest clothes I can find! Baked pork chops and scalloped potatoes are not exactly on my menu.

Well, it's bedtime for bonzo. Hasta manana.

That's the ticket . . . tight clothes. Then you can't possibly eat those pork chops and scalloped potatoes . . . but, oh my, do they sound good!!!! :tongue8: If you pull of not eating that, you are my HERO!!! :frog:
