What a boring blog title.

I am pretty excited--I actually fit into a pair of 30X30 men's jeans. They were a little tight--probably too tight for a sit-down meal. But they would have worked OK for a walk-around BBQ or some similar thing. I didn't even have much fluff sticking over the top! Personally, I think this is a pretty good accomplishment since the 36X30 jeans were a little snug at this time last year. I am going to be one hot almost-60-year-old by the time summer starts.

And I weighed 155.5 this morning!! I remember I weighed 155.5 (on my first weight loss expedition) in May of 1978!!!!! This is sooooo cool!!! Maybe there is something to this "eat right and exercise" stuff.

And my BS is 100. It's the start of a really good day, even though I did oversleep a bit this morning.

Even though I didn't sleep particularly well last night, I feel really good this morning. This will be a test--can I feel good all day even though I didn't sleep the best last night?

My weight is up a little bit this morning to 158.5--that's 2 pounds up from a couple of days ago. I suspect this is just water gain, because I haven't been eating bad. I did kinda binge on Saturday, but nothing too bad. But starting today I am really going to get it together--only 5 weeks left and I want ...

Halfway through the month--I can hardly believe it. I feel really good this morning--full of energy and ready to accomplish stuff. My goal for today is to do one IMPORTANT thing and one URGENT thing.

It's 8:30 in the morning and I am feeling pretty good, in spite of not getting to bed until after midnight last night. My weight is up a tad to 158, but I think that's just water. My immediate goal for right now is to NOT let my weight creep up to 160; I really expect that my weight will drop to 155 or less within the next couple of days if I keep my focus.
