BFFM continued: Cardio in the a.m.; meals are scheduled; we'll see how it goes.

I am considering staying home from work today. I have about a gazillion little things to do--car service, pick up meds at pharmacy, garbage out--not to mention getting the house cleaned up. I'm not crazy about taking the time off, but if I don't there won't be time to get this stuff done. It will be OK if I focus on getting as much done as possible and not wasting my time.

New Plan Begins!!

It's Sunday, April 19 and "the new plan" begins--today I begin to "Burn the Fat and Feed the Muscle". Almost first thing this morning: 45 minutes cardio. I have planned meals all day starting with BF at 6? Measurements first thing--weight, circumference, skin fold/BF, BEI/BF. I need to know the starting point. I am getting pretty tired of this whole deal, but only a few hours more and then I get to eat real food. And THEN, when I'm all done with the weigh-in, I'm going to write my essay. I could have written the essay earlier, but I think I can do a better job once the weigh-in is over and I know how the measurements came out.

Friday, April 17, day before weigh-in

It's 5:38 a.m. and I just finished breakfast. I've been to the gym and did 25 minutes pretty HI on the elliptical--tough stuff. In one way I'm going to be glad when this thing is over; in another way, this has been a kinda cool thing to do. If I ever do it again I'll have a much better idea how to manage the water manipulation, so I need to make some notes on what I did. Thursday and THE PLAN is still moving

So far, so good. I still weigh less than 150! (Good job, Cecily!) Only two more days to go, so I need to keep my EYE ON THE BALL!! And DON'T GIVE UP NOW! I have a plan for "after Saturday", but I need to focus on "up through Saturday" right now. Keep on with keeping on.

I am doing OK today--things are "moving" well and I'm circulating lots of water. It's about time to head out--gym on the way home.
