Weight today = 152!
Obviously the first few days of this diet really do work. It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow, because I do feel a bit dehydrated, but then again it is first thing in the morning.
Morning workout notes: Plank is up to 60 seconds hold; Roman chair is easier. Quads (esp right) are tight but will get better if I stretch often. Stepmill FB L7 for 20 minutes = 77 floors. Tomorrow I run in the morning but Friday I'll try to do L8 to see floor number.
Note: after breakfast I suddenly got VERY sleepy--blood glucose swing?? Maybe too much protein at once and not enough fat/fiber? I'll bring the glucometer home tonight to check.
