Today was pretty good--did a 2-fer: jogged in the morning, lifted and climbed the stepmill in the evening.
I was super hungry when I got home so I ate a lot, but most of it was stir-fry vegies (mushrooms, bean sprouts, onions, green bean) but I still feel guilty--why I don't know. Total calories was about 1600, but I know I burned enough to make up for the extra. Gotta work on this guilt thing: I KNOW I can't work out hard and not eat. But knowing and feeling are two entirely different things.
Whatever: tomorrow will be another day and I'll control my calories a bit more. It will be easier since I'll be able to plan all my meals and not have to "wing it" earlier in the day.
