Sunday, September 19th 2010This morning I weighed 180. Not too bad considering how bad I've been eating. I started eating a modified ovo-vegetarian diet I read about--strict vegan w/ a couple of egg whites in the a.m. and what-ever for dinner. It's certainly easy and I just haven't had much time to dink with diet planning. We'll see how it goes over the next week or two.
