Yesterday was OK: I ate a bit too much (1637 calories) but nothing bad at all. I have discovered that those high-fiber tortillas really fill me up and keep me satisfied. Fiber, fiber, fiber!!!!!
Yesterday I also walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes when I got home from work, and I have to say it was pretty tough. I am in pathetic condition--there was a time when I could do that for hours and never break a sweat! But this will get better the more I do it. I have to get myself back in shape--this is ridiculous.
Today I am going to drink a LOT MORE WATER. I sort of got side-tracked yesterday, but I am going to do much better today. AND I am going to do some stretching or minor exercise every hour today. Sort of like an army march in reverse: 50 minutes of rest/10 minutes exercise!
Focus, focus, focus!!!!
