So far this has been a most interesting diet. My weight is still up a bit from Sunday and yesterday, but it's down to 186 so it's moving in the right way and I expect it will go down even more by tomorrow.
Monday was educational, even if it wasn't a perfect eating day. As allowed, I had a glass of red wine after dinner. Well, the next thing I knew, I was HUNGRY. So, since this is a trial run before things get serious after the New Year, I ate about an extra 600 calories. However, I ate "good stuff" (tuna salad w/ peas, bean sprouts, black beans, mayo plus pork rinds), just more than I should have. I guess that red wine is a trigger food for me so I'll just save it for refeed-day. Hmmmmmm.....
