Wednesday, day 3. Weight = 185 1/4, but that was for my record-setting BM. Wow, I got to say that this diet certainly seems to promote regularity.
Breakfast was enormous! I need to start cooking less, because my stomach just won't hold that much. And just to think: I like big meals.
As a note, the fried (not stir-fried) bean sprouts were pretty good. I think I could manipulate this idea into a substitute for hash-browns.
