Thursday, June 2nd 2011Lose weight and get in shape?!?!? Does this sound the least bit familiar? I certainly need to do something: weight is up to ~210 or thereabouts. I started the slow carb diet back in January, did OK for about 10 days or so and then totally gave it up. I'm sure there was a reason, but I don't remember what it was. I also quit exercising and say on my butt and pouted.
