But neither have I gained. I am still at 200.5 and I haven't managed a BM in a couple of days. Maybe because of the diet change and maybe because I've been taking a pain pill at night. If nothing happens today, I might do something to get my GI tract moving. I can't say I haven't had enough fiber though! I've been eating vegies like crazy. I took my eating biorhythm and combined it with "skinny rules" and "warrior diet" and developed my own diet strategy. Day 2 into this plan and all seems to be going OK. Basically what I'm doing is eating one big meal per day and snacking on fresh fruit and "light" protein (greek yogurt, FF cottage cheese, or eggs) during the day. I am struggling with when I am hungry. I'm not really hungry in the morning--I do fine with coffee and maybe just some muscle milk. I've always eaten breakfast, but as I study my schedule, I don't really care about it. Around lunch time, I want a salad with meat (e.g. tuna) and/or raw vegies. In the afternoon, fruit is my thing. Then, at dinner, I want PROTEIN -- as in meat. As I work through all this, I find I don't really care if I have bread or grains very often. So can I make this int...Sunday, July 8th 2012
What a day! I was so darned tired and beat up from my Saturday workout that I was a complete recliner blob. I struggled through a 2-mile walk, something I would have done easily a few months ago, but today it was all I could do to finish. When I came home, I tried to sleep but got nothing but phone calls (a rarity for me). But my eating was OK --for a bit.
