Sunday, September 30th 2012I am eating good -- assuming Dr. Atkins is good. I am exercising, too. And I am nicely ketotic-- the strips are dark-pink-to-purple. Tomorrow I weigh and measure to get a for-reals starting point. Then I'm going to get really serious on this project!
Saturday, September 29th 2012My weight is up a little this morning, but I did eat a big dinner last night. It was still low carb, but it did have a fair amount of vegies with it. And boy, was it good! Prime rib at JB's, the 16 oz cut. Plus broccoli and salad bar (salad with cheese and olives and cucumber and radishes and sunflower seeds and ranch dressing); I called the dressing "light" because it was thin so it had more buttermilk in it.
Thursday, September 27th 2012Today was good: fat ~ 85 g, protein >108 g, I wasn''t as hungry today, so ketosis is starting--I'll measure tomorrow.
Wednesday, September 26th 2012I will weigh less than 185. Since I weighed in at just about 201, that's a mere 16 pounds in 7 weeks. I can do this! I am really tired of being FAT! That's right, FAT! Well, the only thing to do is quit screwing around and fix it -- sort of like eat right and exercise?! I am in hopes that I will get to interview for at least one of the PA programs in November and I would really like to fit into my suit.
