Today I did pretty good on my diet -- ate on schedule, exercised, took my meds, was busy pretty much all day. I also too a lovely nap and got all my shopping done.

Tomorrow:
(1) empty dishwasher, dryer, fold clothes
(2) buy cushion for the chair I moved into the office
(3) enjoy dinner with Lillian and family -- plan, plan, plan
(4) work on biochem, finish chapter 5
(5) pay car insurance (oops, I forgot:( )
(6) go to gym and do something -- anything, maybe some weights for a change?!

That's it.
