I feel littler, but the scale hasn't quite caught up yet. This is a good thing for the Saturday weighins, but it is frustrating. Wouldn't it be great if the scale would drop about 15 pounds by Friday a.m. and then gain back 30 pounds for Saturday morning, and then lose it all by Monday morning? I hate to say it, but it AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!! The reality is that I have the metabolism of a Shetland pony: I could get fat on sagebrush and sand:bang:

Okay, fine. I need to call the dentist and reschedule my appointment. Then I am going to go in and work on biochemistry. Such is life in the fast lane:frog:
Biochemistry lectures are listened to (kind of a marathon!). I have had a couple of min-meals and I am now working up the energy to go the gym.
Gym workout was good: legs (B4L) routine. This was the first time in a long time, so my goal was to find the right starting weight. I also did some abs, an absolutely pathetic performance, but I will get better. The whole thing took about 40 minutes. When I got home, I had a serving of Muscle Milk and took a bath.

When Larry got home, we went to Shari's with Lillian and I was really good -- 1/2 egg white omelette (chicken fajita) and a small salad with just a bit of ranch dressing. I estimated 300 calories or so:queen:. In contrast, Lillian ate Southern Fried Chicken with Waffles, my pancakes with butter and syrup, and a whole piece of lemon meringue pie! It's amazing with a little old lady can eat when she puts her mind to it! (Her calories were somewhere between 2200 and 3000 calories depending on how you count it!:rolling1: )
