Okay, I'm in for the next 10 weeks. I'm doing a weight loss challenge at the local gym, so this is one more way to keep my focus. I've never done this before, but I'm gonna give this first week a shot for 5 queens:

>>Be no more than 100 calories over target: 6/7 days
>>Consume no more than 250 calories from alcohol in ____/7 days (I like this one a lot 'cause I still get to have my Saturday drink with hubby:eyebrows: )
>>Complete at least 180 minutes per week of cardio or strength training (or shoveling my MIL's driveway): __/180 minutes
>>Plus 10,000 steps 5/7 days. I'm getting a desk treadmill so hopefully this will encourage me to use it:thumbu2:
>>Lose 2 pounds per week for a total of 20 lbs (starting weight 193) ___/2 lbs:rolling1:
