Monday, May 5 2014 - Three days and counting

Okay, so I've started before. But this time I'm more serious. I have ERE'd for three days now. You'd think that after all this time, I would have lost at least 20 pounds, but noooooooo. Considering how bad I hurt from exercising, it just doesn't seem fair.:laugh5:

Tomorrow is my first final. I will be so glad when that one is over, because then I will be in the groove and ready to study for the last three.

Life is actually pretty good.

I love the pain from exercising - makes me feel like I accomplished something. Which you have!

A couple of weeks ago I added one day of squats and lunges. I really did not do that many but I was so stiff and sore the next day - you would have thought I moved a house. It gets better! Keep at it.
