Twice, three times per year is okay.

My weight is down some. I weighed in at 204.5 this morning. Far from where I want to be, but I am below the dreaded 205 -- even if just barely.

I have started walking a bit. I am suffering with gluteus medius syndrome -- pain on the outside of the hip that starts up after 5-8 minutes of walking. It's sort of a cramping pain that definitely "cramps" my style:) I am going to take it VERY easy -- I don't want to deal with a tendonitis that takes 6 months to heal.

Yesterday I walked about 0.4 mile twice -- once in the morning and once in the evening; this morning I walked 0.6 mile. It was marginally painful and I had to rest partway through, but I managed without exacerbating the problem. I hope.
