I found three weeks to be the point lastime where a proper routine had really set in and it is a little easier to stay motivated and know you can keep doing it.
I'm struggling to Excercise with the kids around. My 2 yr old likes to run up and jump on my back during pilates. I'll have to work out distractions for him.
I'm feeling good with the results I am getting. I certainly want to get fitter and stronger. I just need to find the best way to make it fit in with being a mum. ...

For the first time in a long time I feel in control of my life. I feel like I am on top of this and reasonably satisfied with the food I am consuming. For now self control is not a huge problem.
I feel like the people we have surrounded ourselves with are supportive to this lifestyle and do not make it difficult to still eat well even if we go out to eat.
This is sustainable. I just need to keep this mindset. Wish me luck.
