I found three weeks to be the point lastime where a proper routine had really set in and it is a little easier to stay motivated and know you can keep doing it.
I'm struggling to Excercise with the kids around. My 2 yr old likes to run up and jump on my back during pilates. I'll have to work out distractions for him.
I'm feeling good with the results I am getting. I certainly want to get fitter and stronger. I just need to find the best way to make it fit in with being a mum. I am looking forward to meetig the new me.
