I guess I refuse to give up, I am back and counting calories and tracking my activity. I usually am really good over the week and crash and burn on the weekend so I am hoping to stop that habit.
I am at 169.0 and need to lose 20 to 25. I just hope I can do it! If I were to lose a pound a week I think I would be pretty close to goal by the end of the summer. So I am kicking myself back in to action.
I need to focus and realize that instant gratification isnt going to get me anywhere but in bigger clothes and worse health.
I am also going to make an appointment to get my annual preventative blood work done. The sad truth is I have never done it and I am 40!! Who knows what lurking in this body.
