well today was weigh in and wow!!! I LOST 12 LBS IN THE LAST 2 WKS!!!!! i knew i would do well because i followed the meal plan EXACTLY!!! i have to say i wasn't hungry or craving sweets which for me is a miracle in itself!!! i thought without having a single sweet other than protein bars when required (in case u call that a sweet, lol, i don't but the closest i get to sweets) i would be dying for a cake or cookie or candy but i'm not!!! i have eaten all day everyday as my diary shows and walke...

i've been doing exactly as my coach requested, i've eaten perfectly and i have done the 1 hr a day on the treadmill all but one day, today i was just plain tired, my muscles were tired not sore but just fatigued. we had some running around to do at a couple stores and when i got home i was thinking nap time. that's exactly what i did after a late lunch and a show i took a nap at 4:30 in the recliner. i awakened just in time for a protien shake and totally got right up and went to the treadmill!!...

well it's been six more days since my last entry and i have eaten the meal plan every day and have walked the treadmill an hour a day everyday but one of the 9 since i started with the coach!! in such a short time i have more than doubled my ridiculously slow speed on the treadmill and still have kept my heart rate where i'm supposed to! i feel better than i have in over a yr! it hasn't been long but it seems very simple! hope everyone is feeling great and looking forward to tomorrow!! sweet dre...

patti, karen & deb you all mean alot to me!! i want to shout it our to the world!! this journey has been going on for years and you guys have encouraged, supported and given great advice all through it! that's exactly why i stay here and keep on keeping on ..... because of people like you that don't judge, stick with u whether your up or down, on or off!! i will be so happy to join u guys, being someone who is on much more than off!! hahaha!!! it put a smile on my face and made me feel so go...

get on track fitness....

well i met with the fitness and nutrition coach and he said some very interesting things to me that in all my years of trying to get fit and stay there i had never heard. he has a different thought on how we should feed our bodies and it seems like something i can do. he has 2 main rules if u want his help #1 we must eat 5-7 times a day and rule #2 u must eat every 2-3 hours and not a single second past 3 hours. if we don't commit to those two things he can't help. i sd heck that i can do! lol!!...
