long time no blog.
I have been CK'ing on and off (and yes I know thats a bad thing) but I am using a contest at the health club to turn over a new leaf. I signed up for a thing called "I lost it at the club" which lasts for about 3 months. I got weighed, measured and body fat tested today and If I make the most progress of anyone in one of those 3 categories I win a gift card.
Well I'm gonna use that for motivation to try and get one of them! Lets see how it goes. I'm also signing up for a 12 week personal training and diet program at the club. oddly enough they use CK for the calorie recording!
