I just dropped my daughter off at college this weekend - this daughter being the last of 3 girls. Some people call us empty nesters. I instead look at this as an opportunity to get to know me again and focus on the person I've become after raising 3 empowered young women.
So my start my knowing me, is to get to know my body again... I have a long way to go to feel comfortable in it. But to start means tracking and exercise.
So my journey continues; just a new path
