Re-Think Re-Start

Sick two times since the start of my program. Lost it and ate everything in sight last week. I'm going to raise my calorie target to 1700 and hopefully avoid illness. I'm also going to stop paying Mike and weigh myself. $35 for a 10 min discussion was not worth it, and I was starving to make weight weekly.

Sick Again??

Not a good day. Another cold started Saturday. Have not been that I'll but taking it easy to be sure I get rid of it before the weekend. Top that with up 3 pounds in the weigh in today:(.
Kind of at a low point between the two. Maybe I need to increase my net calories to avoid illness? The weight gain might be water since I have not ridden since Saturday. Calories for the week have not been up significantly so I would think it's not fat....

Back on Track

Was down 2 lbs on Tuesday and illness is over. Happy with the loss considering 2 birthdays and 2 Springsteen concerts during the week. Having Mike weigh me weekly is working out I probably would have "fallen off the wagon" if I had not arranged that. Feeling thinner in jeans. Morning rides are cold. Will try to ride after dinner and see how it works out.

Coldest day so far this year. Thirty degrees at start was in full winter gear. At the 9 mile mark had a flat! :cross3:It was a moonless morning and could not see much. C02 did not work. Blew two cartriges. They would just expell contents when engaged. In the end they would not have helped because the hole in the tube was too big. Rode home standing to keep weight on front wheel and walked some. The question is calories burned:huh:...

Finnaly well

I think I'm finnally over the cold or what ever I had. Rode this AM in 32 degrees but felt fine. Asthma is causing some congestion till I get warmed up but seems to be under control. May need an rx for singulair at some point. Hopefully I'm down a pound or two this week.
