View LYNNABEL's food & exercise for this day
Down 3 lbs - TYJ! Measurements down as well - I suspected this before measuring as my clothes felt a bit different. Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! 19 more lbs to go.
Goes to show that what works for me is, unfortunately, 1200 cals/day plus exercise. Today is my "free" day - where I eat what I want, without going terribly overboard, but which gets me through the rough parts of the week as something to look forward to.
Work is going really well - I am enjoying my routine so far - granted, its only been 2 half days, but they've gone very well, so I'm thrilled. My CWFH is leaving soon, and I'm enjoying my fellow manager very much. Without a manager of our own, we get to set the pace and tone and priorities ourselves.
Will is doing well - he is getting so big. His noises/"talking" are getting more varied and louder. His hand movements are getting a bit more coordinated. He smiles so often and so joyfully. My only concern right now is his flat head - from all the back sleeping and we avoid some pressure on his head when he's awake (in play chairs or in his carseat). He'll get to sleep on his tummy when he can roll over (this is to avoid SIDS) but until then I'm obsessing about his poor little flat head. The pediatrician said that it goes away - I really hope so.
