View LYNNABEL's food & exercise for this day

All in all, I had such a good time Will this weekend Ė in fact, it was so great, that Iím in tears this morning at my desk because I miss him so much.

I donít understand why its so hard to be aware from them now? Why not just after they were born? I donít usually think this way, but there is a sacrifice Iím making in being the one to financially support my family. It just hasnít been so hard until the last month or so.

I go thru periods of just dying to be home with the kids too.... When I was on maternity leave I would walk & pick Cal up from school every day... A ritual that only lasted 9 weeks, but I miss it soo much... And he loved it that I would be there after school. I think we all go thru periods like that... I am glad that you two had fun this weekend....

Oh Lynnie. I think it's harder now because they are more interactive. Not only that, but you are probably in a different place emotionally and mentally than you were when you and S decided to go this route in the parental duties.

^^ that makes sense. I already see so much personality in Grayson and I don't want to miss a minute of it. and, his hair is slowly coming out. :cry3: I love how soft and red it is and who knows what will grow in its place in a few months.

I would definately think it's because their little personalities are really starting to shine. Like Michelle said...Will esp. is becoming an actual companion to you now. It's very sweet that you miss him so today. You must have had a really wonderful weekend. :heart1:

Yes -- that's what our "forever family" day means -- it amazes me that it's only been two years and yet seems like yesterday. crazy!

I think it's the age -- Maya and I have such a good time together, especially when we are out and about -- she's becoming a great little companion now that it's not so much WORK to take her places. With Will getting closer to three, you'll notice more indepedence and obstinance but also the development of a great sense of humor, adventure & conversation skills that will astound you at times. Three can be difficult, but also soooo much fun! I'm glad you guys had such a great weekend!

Maybe because he has developed such a personality that you adore.
