View LYNNABEL's food & exercise for this day
I did what was supposed to be the 15 minute T-Tapp routine, but it took me over 30 to complete. My heart never really elevated beyond 60% but I can barely move my legs right now so obviously I was using my body differently.
It was VERY challenging because I kept having to break the pose to read the next step. Following this via book isn't easy. The book's format is not user-friendly for following the steps. I'm going to keep at it, but DVD help is going to probably be worth the cost sometime soon.
I like that the poses/moves really challenge my muscles - its very different from what I'm used to, so I think it will be good in that sense.
The encouraging this is that once you get to a size you want to be at, you can go down to 2 routines a week. I say that is encouraging because its hard to begin something that you would have to do every day for ever and ever amen. But, to supplement other exercise, twice a week is reasonable.
I don't expect to see results, to be honest. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised but I'm not holding my breath.
