Well here I am. I weigh 153#. It's not horrible. I fit most of my skinny clothing. I exercise. But slowly and subtly, my eating habits are eroding. I've tried the food diary and I've not been able to sustain it.Thursday, October 14th 2010
Well, about this time last year, I was close to goal but not there and it took a while to get down. I think my official "anniversary" is in late November. But I've been maintaining. Sometimes maintaining is effortless and some times it is not. Sometimes it is easy to weight twice weekly; sometimes I avoid it.Tuesday, January 12th 2010
Re: maintenance, wish I could say that I was a tower of knowledge. Wow! I haven't blogged since November, which is when I went onto maintenance. I did pretty well up to Christmas but my eating has been out of control since Christmas. Out of control is probably too strong a phrase. It has not been as controlled as I want it to be. I would put things in my mouth--almonds, pretzels etc. I was inching up on my weight and though I was still in the green zone I decided that I would log again. ...Saturday, November 14th 2009
Well, I am still maintaining with the supports of logging, weighing twice a week and posting in the forums. I know the "next step" is to try it without logging, while maintaining all other supports along with the Goals & Accountability thread. I added one hundred more calories to my goal because my weight is still falling. But I think my ultra-dedication to exercise is moderating and things should fall into some sort of steady state pretty soon. With the challenge ahead of the ...« Previous
