So I've done two rides this week. Both were right around 8 miles.....I've missed riding and it's nice to be back on the road. Haven't been able to get to the gym this week....I'm just SO busy.. The bike rides are a great substitution in the meantime. I need to go longer distances if I'm gonna make up for the three hours I've been doing at the gym.Saturday, May 4th 2013
I finally was able to put myself back together and make it to gym more than one time a week. I've been 4 times this week and logged in 460 minutes. I hope I've gotten over my hump and can go from here. April was such a crappy month for me and one of the reasons was because I was a total slacker. I blew off the gym and food responsibilities....just didn't care. It's so hard to stay focused but I really want to loose this weight and get past silver level. I worked so hard at the gym last night. After I counted up all my exercise time and everything I did, it was like 1200 calories that I burned. Today, I feel like someone ran me over with a truck. I am so freaking tired it's not even funny. I got gifted my Mother Nature this week too so I KNOW that doesn't help.Tuesday, April 9th 2013

Today is the first day I used my Fitbit....I like it....I would have liked it better if I could have gotten it connected to the Aria scale. The Fitbit Aria scale just would NOT connect to the internet. My husband is an IT guy and no matter what he did that crazy thing just would NOT connect.« Previous
