Today marks the end of week one of my do-over. Do-over because I want to remind myself that I've already been here once and now because I've been so stupid I have to start over.
So I lost 4 pds in a week. This is a good thing. I'm on my way. I'm trying really, really hard not to think about how far I have to go. One day at a time. A year is nothing when you've lived it. Look how fast 2012 went. This year will fly by. I can't wait to see how good I will look this time next year.
Also, I'm not logging my exercise right now because I'm trying to meet my calorie target on my diary page. So I'll log here instead.
Monday - 45 minutes on the treadmill. And 10minutes on the elliptical
Tuesday- 45 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the elliptical
Wednesday- nothing because I ran errands all day and I was hurting from the two days before
Today- 45 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the elliptical.
I also did some ab crunches on the ab machine at the gym and some arm lifts on the arm machine. Whatever that thing is called that woks your lat muscles.
