Today marks the end of week one of my do-over. Do-over because I want to remind myself that I've already been here once and now because I've been so stupid I have to start over.

So I lost 4 pds in a week. This is a good thing. I'm on my way. I'm trying really, really hard not to think about how far I have to go. One day at a time. A year is nothing when you've lived it. Look how fast 2012 went. This year will fly by. I can't wait to see how good I will look this time next year. :queen:

Also, I'm not logging my exercise right now because I'm trying to meet my calorie target on my diary page. So I'll log here instead.

Monday - 45 minutes on the treadmill. And 10minutes on the elliptical

Tuesday- 45 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the elliptical

Wednesday- nothing because I ran errands all day and I was hurting from the two days before

Today- 45 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the elliptical.

I also did some ab crunches on the ab machine at the gym and some arm lifts on the arm machine. Whatever that thing is called that woks your lat muscles.
