I'm not using my food journal to log my exercise activities. I'm keeping track of them using the activity planner. That way, when I log in my workouts it won't eat into my calorie target for the day. I'm trying to finish bronze level and I have to meet my calorie target for five days. That's not the problem. Most of the time I come in under the wire or a smidge over. But when I log in those workouts the calorie target gets wiped away. There is NO WAY I'm eating back all those calories.
It's very annoying.
So I did an hour and a half at the gym yesterday and then the DH wanted to go on a hike. So we did. It wasn't long only 1.5 miles but there was A LOT of hill climbing, and it was in the deep woods so the trail wasn't exactly an easy grade either. It was fun. I came home exhausted. In a good way, with a sense of accomplishment.
I can't wait to weigh in on PAW tomorrow.
