I'm down another 6 pounds for the week. I only got to the gym three days last week, but I worked my ass upper body hurts today...I've been doing weight machines at the gym. I really, really want to get rid of this back fat. I logged in 280 minutes gym time for the week.

I've been trying to do crunches, I'm so stiff though, I feel like I'm 90. I'm thinking of getting out the yoga DVDs for some flexibility but I really, really hate working out at home.

I have a guild meeting on Wednesday night, so I may skip Wednesday gym time and count it as a recovery day.

Everything freaking hurts today. Where did I put the Alieve?
