So I've done two rides this week. Both were right around 8 miles.....I've missed riding and it's nice to be back on the road. Haven't been able to get to the gym this week....I'm just SO busy.. The bike rides are a great substitution in the meantime. I need to go longer distances if I'm gonna make up for the three hours I've been doing at the gym.

At least I'm doing SOMETHING.

I've got a cold/ allergies thing going on. I feel crappy.....

Perseverance.
