Feeling full of energy!
More than halfway towards being caught up with my workouts, with 7/13 of what I was behind completed.
Lost an inch on each place to measure.
Body fat% almost back to where it was when I started.
And weight almost back to where it was when I started.
Another thing is that I can't remember if I've been using my Wii Balance Board or my bathroom scale for the weigh-ins on here.
From now on, it will be the bathroom scale.
Have also not had a meal over 25u as was my goal. And have kept to the 3 meals a day, not skipping, and only eating more when I'm having lows. Have tried to follow the 15/15 rule at first, but low swings are a bit chaotic with all the exercise I'm doing.
Hopefully once I'm caught up and only working out for like 1/2 an hr 4 days a week, my blood sugar will stabilize more again, and then I can follow the 15/15 rule better. Also can't forget that if it's in the 50's, 40's, or 30's --I can eat 15 carbs more for each zone dropped. >-< That'll help me not have to wait so darn long for my BG to go back up.
If weight loss changes things, I'll just get in touch w/ my doc again.
