OK, this is an excuse not a reason. There is no valid reason for eating a bacon double cheeseburger with fries for lunch yesterday but it sure tasted good. Couple that with some other intentional indiscretions and the end result will most likely be a negative loss for the week. Notice the choice of workd. In spite of my best efforts to derail my weight loss during the convention I attended this past week, I managed to drop another two pounds. I am pleased, to say the least. AND, I am happy to report that my Achilles tendonitis is clearing up and I should be able to get back on an exercise routine. I hate heel and ankle pain and it is a major deterrent to most kinds of exercise involving walking or running. Hopefully, that part is over for now. Travel Time

I am about to embark on my first multi-day trip since starting in July. A week in Baltimore's inner harbor area for a convention. This will be my litmus test for luxury hotel food. My past experience is that the kitchen will do whatever you want as long as it is reasonable so a grilled naked chicken breast and some steamed veggies should be manageable. Another Goal - CRUSHED!!!

I am doing the HAPPY DANCE!!! I broke 300 today, not only broke, but CRUSHED. Tipped in at 296, which also takes me past 10% from my starting weight. Killed two goals with one stone. I am MOTIVATED today. My next goal is 279. I have no idea why it is 279, it just is. This is the number that moves me from Silver to Gold. I want to hit this new goal by Halloween. :rolling1:
