Prior to exercising. BP=141/82 & Pulse=59 BPM @ 7:00 AM.
30 mins working upper body on Bow Flex. Power work out, 30 seconds between
15 mins working crunches/Bow Flex.
30 mins walking with Ebby and Ren on early morning woods walk. A beautiful fall
like morning here. No rain and in the 50's.
75 mins total.
THOUGHTS ON EXERCISING. . . (A little tounge in cheek now, Y'all)
