Weight=160.5# OH OH!! But probably muscle mass as I've increased weights during weight training the last two weeks. No significant change is waist dim..
Time will tell!! Attempting to reduce fat content in diet..............................................


40 mins working upper body BowFlex / free weights @ 7:00 AM.............................
35 mins walking with Ebby & Ren on evening woods walk @ 7:00 PM. Hot 90 d.
