The "before" and "after" are shots of deer and a coon that were taken at one of the feeders last night.

Another beautiful day here.

Put the camera out at one of the deer feeders last night and it took 57 photos of deer, cyototes, whatever feeding. Only one problem! Forgot to turn on the flash!!!! Only five shots of a doe feeding after daylight this morning. Was thinking perhaps a new fawn or two would show up but nope, no flash, no fawns. Oh well, will make sure the flash is on tonight.

Weight=166.5#...................No sure about the weight creeping up if it is fat or new muscle as I ...

Fabled pine tree cross

Photo of annual pollen pods that some folks call "The Pine Tree Cross" They grow once a year on select pine trees.

Beautiful yellow bush at the end of the house. Seems the freeze did not hurt these bushes as it did others.

I trans-planted some of these on Majors grave in the woods a few years ago. They are also now spreading out beautifully.

Yup, to all of you who have expressed concern for my health lately, I am feeling much better now that the weather has improved and the sun is shining.

Now that we've gotten most of Ebby's flowers out, she will let me have a little much needed rest. :o

Weight creeping back up little by little. :o(

The butterflies are returning!! Ebby and I spent most of yesterday repotting her ferns and bush hogging one of the pastures. Also staked the tomato plants to keep them from breaking in the wind and also when the fruit begins to get too heavy. Love this weather!!!! Although a lot of the flowers were killed (first blooms) they are beginning to come back now.

Ebby and I were both awake this AM at three o'clock so just got up and worked on our computers for awhile. I found it was a good time ...
