Good morning folks who are attempting to either lose or maintain your weight. An every day job isn't it.
Looking back over the years that I have been a member of CK I found this morning that I hav e gained 0.8 ounces since joining in Dec, 2004. At the time I joined, I had already lost most of the weight that I wanted to drop and was mostly looking for a way to maintain.
I found CK was a great way to keep track of my food and exercise.
During the last couple of years I've drifted away from logging but the active years while using CK was always with me. During those years I'v gained and lost a few pounds at various times but CK has always been the nagging voice in the back ground that kept me on track to some extent.
I've felt the need to drop my weight back down to 175 pounds and am attempting again to start keeping up with my fook intake and exercises. I do not exercise as mush as in the years past but have gotten a little older (will be 75 in November) and have slowed down quite a bit.
Guess another reason for this blog today is to give everyone who is having a difficult time that there is always hope at the end of the tunnel. Engrain those good habits and in the long run you will find payday. Good luck all and have a great day. Jim
