So I've changed my eating and exercising habits dramatically, but looking at some of my statistics, my cholesterol, sodium and saturated fat levels are still kind of high.

So glad this weekend is over. It was great. Saturday we did Lizzie's 2 year and Derek's 4 year birthday at an indoor playground. Very small, but we had pizza, crepes, and cake. I swore I wasn't going to pick any up but I did. And then I polished off the day with 6 beers. I can't remember right now if I still met my CT because of the exercise. I certainly met it today, but I exercised like crazy today. Not intentional, just happened.

Today is the 2nd day this week that I have binged. Not to crazy, but about 500 over my Calorie Target (2000). Usually I have a 300-400 calorie meal at work just before I leave (5PM), so I don't eat at a later time when I get home. Typically my wife gets off work later, so we eat later.

Anyhoo, 2nd day this week I've grabbed a cheeseburger (Kryptonite) on my way home. For the last 2 months I have fought the desires and won to where they have become a non issue, but lately it's been creeping...

My cholesterol is high. Hence joining CK and changing my life. Recently I've been paying attention to the level of cholesterol, protein, carbs, etc. And it seems my cholesterol is still kind of high. So I did some more digging. Come to find out that chicken has a lot of cholesterol. I thought chicken was healthy, especially when baking/broiling/grilling it.

Started a "Biggest Loser" competition at work. So far the pot is only $400. Disappointing, because I feel I have a real chanc...
