Looking good, feeling good. So glad I went off Atkins. Good Morning CK, how are ya? LOL. I don't feel as well as I sound but I'm adjusting. I'm done with Atkins for now. I think I did it for a month and a half with little success and a lot of fear of clogging my arteries. I've stepped up my exercise from 30 mins. a day to 60+. Right now, since I'm 300+ pounds, low impact is it for me, so it's a lot of walking, stationary bike, weights.Friday, April 20th 2012

Work, effort, struggle, suffer, sacrifice, time, patience, persistence, perserverance, practice, humility, strength, desire, achievement, walking, running, jumping, soaring...one day, I will feel comfortable in my skin. Until then...keep my head down and work for this, because it doesn't come easy. Nor should it.
