Not really losing weight. Plateauing around 333. For a couple of weeks now. A little frustrated but I haven't been giving 100% either. Time for an attitude adjustment.

How are your measurement.....maybe your body is adjusting...getting toned. Hang in there, you can break that plateau and not have the plateau break you.:teeth1:

How long have you been stuck? I know you love hikeing... can you change up your major source of exercise for a while? Maybe your body is just getting used to it...

Sorry you're stuck Will. I've also been in a long plateau; that's why I joined CK, to get out of my rut. But I have the advantage of being WAY down from my high weight, so even though I'm stuck, I'm kinda stuck at a good place.

So, any thoughts as to why you're not losing? Is it mostly eating, exercise, or mental, do you think?
