View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day

The past few days were very busy. It started with Thursday when the kids had a snow day and I stayed home and worked from home. I had a hard workout in the morning and I was hungry all day. I had a hard time staying away from the frig but I was documenting every bite until....I left my body for a moment and had a huge chocolate binge.....had not had a binge like that for a while. Yes I was PMSing BAD ( I finally started a couple days later. I didn't even want to know how much chocolate I ate.....I was just sooo hungry....after the chocolate I really felt better.....luckily I had a personal training appointment that night and got a great kick but workout.

Friday.....good intentions.....BUT...someone brought these great homemade cookies. I had 3 and they were not smalll......I really needed to start my period at this point.

Saturday was a little better. We went to our friends daugther's Bat Mitvah...did pretty good at the lunch except for a eating 5 small cookies.....grrr. Luckily I swam laps in the morning!Then at the dinner I only had 1 and 1/2 pieces of pizza. Stayed away from the rest of the carby snacks. I did have a small piece of cake.

TODAY! is a much better day....finally a green check day! Had a few sweets but it is all documented and I am done eating for the night.

I have not weighed myself since Thursday morning. I am going to give myself a couple of days to recover and then check on Tuesday morning.

You seem to do so well at adding extra exercise (or just normally super active) that you can absorb this streak of "bad" days. That's really something, Lisa!
