View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
I did OK yesterday. Logged all food the entire weekend. Sunday I have a green check but had to count ALL my exercise calories. I don't really like to do that but I was hungry in the evening. I could eaten slower but that is OK. I logged all my food this weekend and that was my goal. I bet I saved a TON of calories. There were many times I wanted to just pop something into my mouth but I did not because the calories were adding up.
Sunday I cooked my lunches for the week and pre prepped for some healthy meals for the family. I love it when I am this organized and actually have the time. I did not have to leave the house on Sunday and that NEVER happens. This week is the same goal. Green checks. I think I am ready to weigh myself tomorrow morning for the first time in about 3 weeks. Face the scale and move on.
I am looking forward to getting my training plan from my running coach! Should get that sometime this week.
