Yesterday was a good day. Green check, great weight training workout with personal trainer and just overall feeling good in the direction I am heading with my weight loss goals. This morning had a nice 4 mile run with my neighbor. I ran with ease (not working so hard to keep my pace) and am getting my pace back after being congested for so long...it felt great! here is to another good day!
