Saturday, April 16th 2011

Today is Saturday and the first thing I did was open up CK. I tend not to come to CK very much over the weekend and I am trying to change that, I need to keep the consistancy of logging my food.

All food has been entered for the day. I swam for 50 minutes and am getting ready do pick up bags for April Showers with my 9 year old for girl scouts.

I have an iphone so I have not excuse not to log my food while I am out and about today!

Quick blog. It has been super busy at work so have not had much time to blog...just peeking in here and there.

Things are going pretty good for me this week. 2 green check days out of 3 so far. Today should be another green check day:)

Meet with the running coach and I am not super excited! he is creating 2 plans for me. The first one will be for the next 12 weeks. The goal is to get me into good shape for the marathon training that will begin in July. We are going to schedule 2 ...

This weekend was a perfect weekend. We did not have to run the kids around crazy and we got sooo much done around the house that we have been wanting to do for a while. It is that good spring cleaning! I got a lot accomplished and I was able to relax too. We event did our taxes. Thank goodness we get about $400.00 back. Last year we owed 3,000!

Food wise I am doing OK. I did not do a good job logging over the weekend. I did do a good job at not eating until I was full. Example......

A big new goal

Yesterday was pretty good. Logged ALL my food. I was over by 239 calories. I had a sweet attack and I let it control me for a moment but I then stopped it.

Had a good workout with my trainer. Could not quite workout like I usually do. This cold is really kicking me in the butt. I had a good 4.5 run this morning with my neighbor. She went home at 3 miles but I did an extra loop. I am tired now. Tomorrow I will not workout. I think I need to take the day off and rest my body.

Yesterday was a good day. Got a green check! Last night after I logged everything I was still feeling a little hungry (was it really hunger? Don't know) but I ate the correct amount of calories so I embraced the hungry feeling and by the time I went to bed that "hungry" feeling went away.
