Green check number 4 in a row! (barely) Tootsie Rolls almost got me but yesterday was a big workout day for me so the exercise calories saved me.

Scale nice again this morning. Showing a 1/2 pound loss (I am getting spoiled by this!). 221! I am finally back where I started. We will see the official weighin results on Monday for PAW.

It is not just that scale that is nice. Since the past two weeks since I have more consistant about logging food I am:

Green check yesterday, 3 in a row. Yesterday was good overall. Last night my daughters and I went to the pool. I swam laps for 30 minutes and then played with the girls for 30 minutes....nice compromise:)

I was super happy. My husband changed out of work clothes and did a 1 mile walk before he sat down! Yeah. I am so happy he is trying. He goes to meet the new doctor today so hopefully he will get motivation from him as well.

Also happy this morning.....my weight held steady ...

99 degree + speework = a 2.5 pound weight loss! I was so suprised to see 221.5 this moring. Yesterday was 224. I realize I lost a lot of water, although I DID drink a lot of water throughout the day to prepare for the speedwork and after.

The one mistake I do make in weighing everyday is when I see a loss, I think I give myself permission to eat more the next day....I am not going to do that because I am liking the results.

Good day yesterday.
A Green check! Did a fit ball class. Scale was nice this morning 224 (would have been nice yesterday for PAW weigh in day yesterday). It was nice to see that drop. Goal is to maintain that drop:) My efforts are paying off.

Had a pretty good jog this morning. It is going to be 100 degress today. It was thick but there was a little breeze. I have speed work tonight so we will see how that goes. At least we are doing short sprints. I think 200s.

Things that went well this past week:

*Had a great 2 minute time trial
*Started weight trainig again
*My lower back and hamstring injuries are getting better each day (it has moved to my calfs but that is getting better too)
*Did my 12 mile run on Saturday and felt great the entire run. I felt like I could have run 2-3 mile more. I was so happy about this. In the past when I did my 12 mile training run I felt like to could not run another step. I was so happy when I got done with ...
