View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day

Green check yesterday, running workout was hill sprints and this morning 220! Just a week ago I was 226. I am so happy. Just a week ago I was 226. Logging those calories makes a big difference. I do eat back some of my exercise calories, usually half. I will continue to do that until I stop losing!

Clara said she was a little sore but not too bad. food wise I saw her portioning out everything. She plans on doing the elliptical today. I am proud of her!

Clara is on the right path and that's awesome.
Yeah on 220 I had no doubt that those #'s on the scale would keep dropping and dropping. Maybe you needed a little off the wagon time so you can move ahead full force.
